Role Summary
We are hiring a fresher AIML Engineer to join our Hyderabad office. The role is ideal for candidates who have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Python programming. You will work with senior engineers to support model development, data preparation, testing, and deployment of AI-based features.
About the Team
Our team works on AI-powered features, automation tools, predictive analytics, and data-driven solutions. As a fresher, you will get hands-on exposure to Python, machine learning workflows, model evaluation, and real project development under mentorship.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Python basics Must Have — comfortable with variables, loops, functions, lists, dictionaries, and problem-solving.
- Machine learning fundamentals Must Have — understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, training, testing, and evaluation.
- Mathematics & statistics Must Have — basic knowledge of probability, averages, variance, and linear algebra concepts.
- Data handling Must Have — ability to work with CSV/Excel files, clean data, and perform basic analysis.
- Problem solving Must Have — logical thinking and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Communication skills Must Have — ability to explain work clearly and collaborate with the team.
- Learning mindset Must Have — strong interest in AI, ML, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or related field. Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or similar ML libraries. Nice to Have
- Exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorch through academic projects or internships. Nice to Have
- Any personal AI/ML project, internship work, or GitHub portfolio. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SQL and data querying. Nice to Have
- Understanding of basic NLP, computer vision, or predictive modeling concepts. Nice to Have
What You Will Do
- Assist in preparing and cleaning datasets for ML experiments.
- Support model training, testing, and performance analysis.
- Work with senior engineers on AI/ML feature development.
- Help document experiments, findings, and model results.
- Contribute to debugging, code improvement, and deployment support.
- Learn modern AI tools and best development practices.
