Role Summary
We are hiring a Software Engineer (AI) to design and ship production features that combine strong software engineering with applied artificial intelligence. You will build APIs, services, data pipelines, and AI-powered product experiences that are fast, secure, maintainable, and ready for scale. The role involves working closely with product, design, data, and platform teams to turn AI ideas into reliable customer-facing solutions.

Our AI engineering team builds the software foundation behind intelligent products, from model-integrated workflows and automation features to scalable backend systems and internal tools. We value clean architecture, thoughtful experimentation, and a product-first mindset. The team moves quickly, owns end-to-end delivery, and focuses on solving practical problems where AI creates measurable user value.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Python or TypeScript development Must Have — build reliable, readable, testable code for production systems.
- Software engineering fundamentals Must Have — data structures, algorithms, system design basics, debugging, and code review practices.
- AI integration experience Must Have — hands-on work with LLM APIs, prompt workflows, embeddings, or AI-assisted product features.
- Backend development Must Have — REST APIs, microservices, authentication, database design, and performance tuning.
- Data and workflow handling Must Have — experience with structured/unstructured data pipelines and asynchronous processing.
- Cloud and deployment Must Have — familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Testing and observability Must Have — unit tests, integration tests, logging, metrics, and production monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. / B.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to Have
- Experience building features around LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI agents. Nice to Have
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar product UI stacks. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues, and distributed systems. Nice to Have
- Exposure to model serving, feature stores, vector databases, or MLOps tooling. Nice to Have
- Open-source contributions, personal AI projects, or shipped products with measurable impact. Nice to Have
- Interest in reliability, security, privacy, and responsible use of AI in product development. Nice to Have
